This is a self-paced course.

In each Session, there are 7 Discussion Questions (DQs) and a quiz.  For self-paced courses, you don't have to answer any of them.  But it still has the instructions to answer two DQs and respond to one of someone elses.  It puts a checkbox into that session DQs when you have completed all three.

The notes have almost everything that he shows on the slides.  But on the video, the slides are ahead of the discussion so it gets quite confusing.  These are the only version of the "free" videos.  The ones you purchase probably do not have this issue.
